Triple Corn Casserole

A tried and true recipe--everybody loves this one!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 16 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 16 oz whole corn (drained)
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread
  • Colby cheese, grated (probably 4-6 oz, depending on how cheesy you want it!)

Combine everything except cheese and place in a 9"x13' greased pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  While hot, top with grated Colby cheese.  (I put it back in the oven for maybe 2 min. to let the cheese melt better.)
